TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
After we ship your order, you may request a UPS tracking number. You may go to www.UPS.com to see approximately where your package is on its way to its destination.
WARM WEATHER PACKAGING:
It is important to us that your chocolates arrive at their destination in perfect condition. During warm weather months (when temperatures exceed 75 degrees) we will only ship chocolates by Next Day Air or One Day Ground per UPS policies. We reserve the right to determine if we are able to ship your chocolates to ensure quality control. An additional charge of $5.99 will be added to your order to provide for additional insulation and ice packs. Pricing for next Day Air Shipping is by individual quote.
